Trouble watching movies?

1. The popup must be completed before watching the movie. If it does not play after completely finished loading the completed popup you should first try again, reload the page / try another link in the popup, and if the problem still persists, clear your Browser's cookies, and restart your browser (bookmark the page first for easy access), and then try again. The popup should definitely unlock now, otherwise contact/comment to us.

2. Slow? The movie itself is always a large file, please allow time to load. On a decent connection, the whole movie should be able to play instantly. Depending on your connection and software, the download speed will vary. If loading appears to freeze, allow a few minutes, then close your browser and reload the page if problems persist.

3. If the movie does not load at all, you likely have software issues. We suggest you use the latest version of Firefox or Internet explorer, as well as having Adobe Flash installed. Some movie's software may use additional codecs which are available for download on the internet, however we do not support such 3rd party software, and suggest you contact the manufacturer.

5. We try to have all content available constantly, at the highest speeds and the best quality. However as this site is free, and we do not host the movies, we cannot always guarantee 100% uptime as the movie files are moved around often. We do want everyone to enjoy our site, so if after trying the above troubleshooting steps, if a film link appears to be broken or no longer available, please leave a comment ASAP on the bottom of the specific movie's information page, and we will attempt to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please include your email if you would like us to send you the new link.
